2.2 Scheduling and Access

Service sessions are provided via scheduled consultations. You must complete payment before scheduling. Any support materials delivered electronically remain accessible according to your subscription or one-time purchase.

3. Informational Products

Informational products include digital reports, guides, and tutorial materials. Delivery is automated upon payment, providing immediate access to downloadable files or online portals.

4. Goods

Goods include printed materials, workbooks, and other tangible items available through our online store. Shipping timelines and handling vary by destination.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled session qualify for a full refund to the original payment method within 14 business days. Cancellations within 48 hours are not eligible for refunds but may be rescheduled once within six months at no additional charge.

5.2 Informational Products

Due to immediate delivery, purchases of informational products are final and non-refundable, except in cases where technical issues prevent access. To request a review, contact us within seven days of purchase. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

5.3 Goods

Goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item is defective. Once inspected and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days. Exchanges and store credit are available upon request.

FiscadiaFin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service, informational product, or goods at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or site announcements.
